New EMAIL Spam and Virus Filter Service

As of 2/27/2018 IWVISP has changed Spam Filter Service. Our previous service SolarWinds MSP is being discontinued so we are moving to a new service provided by modusCloud. The new filtering service can be accessed at https://modusCloud.cloud-protect.net/. You will receive a welcome letter that will ask you to set up a password. Once a password it set you can log in using your email address as the username and the password you used. From there you will be able to make adjustments to your account’s blacklist/whitelist, see messages in the quarantine and forward any quarantined message to your mailbox. You also will receive a report each day that lists all the emails that were blocked.
